Design Process
The initial design consultation is free and takes place at your location (residence or place of business) so we can observe the space first-hand. A short letter of agreement is then generated for your approval. Once the letter is signed, we ask for a retainer fee which covers our costs during the initial design phase. Additional payments coincide with the project phases and purchases made. All purchases and work performed require your approval so there are absolutely no surprises. Basically, it's a collaborative experience with none of the worries. And you can choose to be as involved as you'd like. Design Fees Since every project is different, our goal is to structure fees based on the specific work required, the customer's budget, and how the customer would like to be billed. Our fee structure is flexible and can incorporate a flat design fee or hourly fee -- or a combination.
